Project Management

My Experience

For over 17 years, I have been successfully overseeing workflow across cross-functional teams, for clients that are North America's top public companies, institutions, independent businesses and seed-stage ventures, with $5k to multi-million dollar budgets, to ensure delivery of excellence in the work and maintain an organization's reputation as a leader in its industry. I have the the ability to see and seize opportunities, prioritize immediate requirements with building long-term relationships, all while balancing competing timelines and priorities. 

How I can Help - the Short Version.

By your metrics of success, guide a project from conception to completion on the three key fronts:

1. Set, or help set, goals and deadlines

2. Assemble and/or lead a team

3. Communicate with management about progress

How I Can Help - the Long Version.

  • Work with you to define, establish and maintain the project management process that will work for you


  • Define, or support the development of, budgets and timelines, manage across project’s lifespan so you stay within budget and on time 


  • Source and/or manage project-specific third-party partners, providers, suppliers


  • Implement and update organizational processes including SOWs, status reports, performance metrics and analysis, estimates, project budgets and schedules throughout the project's lifespan.


  • Capture and consolidate feedback, change requests, ensure implementation


  • Support project-wide resource planning to ensure project remains on-time and on- budget.


  • Create and maintain project accounting monitors, cash flow projections and other financial reports.


  • Support vendors and contractors in being accountable to project timelines and communicate tactfully, punctually and effectively with them when timelines are missed.


  • Communicate effectively with entire project team to ensure project timelines are met.


  • Contribute to team meetings and brainstorms, and take a proactive approach to coaching and mentoring individuals on the team.


  • Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors from a variety of fields and skillsets


  • Manage and maintain vital lines of communications' touchpoints with the entire project team, to keep all stakeholders up-to-date on project status – budget, deliverables, timelines – as needed.
  • Run daily check in meetings
  • Develop weekly / bi-weekly status updates
  • Be on weekly, bi-weekly status update calls with senior leadership to communicate project status
